The successful candidate will play a crucial role in organizing, managing, and tracking all company documents, both physical and digital, ensuring smooth information flow within the organization.Key Responsibilities:1. Receive, log, and file all incoming and outgoing documents2. Maintain and optimize a comprehensive digital filing system using Google Workspace3. Create, update, and manage document logs using Google Sheets4. Scan physical documents and save them in appropriate digital folders5. Assist in efficient document retrieval and distribution as needed6. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date databases7. Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure proper document flow8. Assist in preparing and sending official correspondence9. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information10. Conduct regular audits of the document management system to ensure accuracy and efficiency11. Implement and maintain a clear indexing system for easy document tracking12.
