Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Management: Call and conduct daily interviews, working closely with team toalign recruitment efforts with staffing needs.- Candidate Sourcing: Expand our candidate pool through online platforms and socialnetworking, and manage resume screening and phone screenings.- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, guiding new hires to ensure a positive andefficient start.- Communication: Act as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers, providinghelpful feedback and maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process.- Process Improvement: Improve recruitment processes for greater efficiency, and activelyseek ways to enhance the candidate experience.- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffingneeds and address workforce planning challenges.Qualifications:- Local Language Proficiency: Proficient in local languages relevant to the hiring regions.- Communication Skills: Strong confidence, call and convening power, and persuasion skills.- Technical Requirements: Must have a personal laptop for work-related tasks.- Target-Oriented: Comfortable working with and achieving recruitment targets.
