Under the direct supervision of the State Project Director, and in regular consultation with the State Technical Co-ordinator, State Project Management Unit the Team Leader will undertake duties.Coordinate Landscape and district level planning based on outcome of landscape assessment.Prepare the action plan for implementation for natural resource conservation including biodiversity conversation, mainstreaming of agro biodiversity in the landscape based on report of landscape assessment in consultation with all relevant stakeholders and super versing its implementation.

Provide reports to the GLIU team leader and SPMU team on a day to day basis.Follow up with team members for various reports and data.Timely and periodic data entry into the systemUndertake any other duties, as required.

provide technical support in the design and implementation of field schools on livestock management.co-ordinate the training of trainers in livestock field schools. provide technical expertise for the development of green value chains for relevant indigenous breeds of livestock.provide technical expertise for breed improvement of indigenous breeds of livestock.

Under the direct supervision of the State Project director, and in regular consultation with the team leader,GLIU the FFS Expert will undertake the facilitate FFS curriculum development workshops.Design FFS implementation strategy.Coordinate development of FFS.Provide relevant technical guidance to the project, as required.

Under the direct supervision of the State Project Director and in regular consultation with the Team Leader,GLIU the Gender and Social inclusion Expert will undertake Supervise and facilitate activities in the poject to make them gender sensitive and gender inclusive.Provide relevant technical guidance to the peoject as required.

Under the control of the State Project Director,under direct supervision of Team Leader, GLIU and in regular consultation with the community institutions/Rural Livelihoods Experts will undertake supporting community Resource Persons for formation and mainstreaming of community based institutions such as FPOs/cooperatives/SHGs/CIGs. Conducting capacity building and training workshops for community on group formation governance, and management issues.

Prepare and provide financial reports as per SPMUand FAO requirements.Prepare and obtain approval from SPMU for all documentation needed to hire consultancy services and the limited acquisition of equipment necessary to provide the services, ensuring procurement procedures comply with the operaational partners agreement.

Provide data entryand administration support to GLIU. Type, format and draft routine correspondance as required.Maintain leave records, personnel files of project staff and officefiles related to both programme and administration.Coordinate missions to the project landscape.Undertake any other duties as required.

Type, format and draft routine correspondence as required. Receive, screen and direct telephone calls and visitors and respond to routine internal and external inquiries. Maintain communications and correspondence logs for all incoming and outgoing communication.Assist with arranging travel,transport,logistics,accommodation and documents.Undertake any other duties, as required.

Greeting visitors and providing relevant and accurate information.Scheduling and tracking appointments for the top management perspnnel.Intimating the person when hisor her visitors arrive.Handling Telephoneand sorting out external mails and receiving faxes,cleaning of office rooms.undertake any other duties, as required.

Coordinate/facilitate implementation of the project activities at the village level, collecting farm level data,collect and share information with farmers and providing on field guidance to men and woman farmers. Organizing meeting of villagers and community level institutions and maintaining a healthy and dynamic communication with villagers on a regular basis.

Work with the Team Lader and district Collector to ensure effective planning and project implementation. Report to the District collector. Represent the project in all meetings and fora, as required, Mobilize technical expertise as and when required.
