As a Junior Architect in our office, your key responsibilities include:Design Support: Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Drafting and Modeling: Produce detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software for client presentations and project development.Research and Analysis: Conduct site analysis, research building codes, and stay informed about the latest architectural trends to contribute valuable insights to projects.Coordination: Work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the design and construction process.Documentation: Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and other project-related documentation, maintaining accuracy and adherence to standards.Site Visits: Participate in site visits to observe construction progress, address issues, and ensure that the design intent is realized on-site.Learning and Development: Stay proactive in expanding your knowledge of architectural principles, codes, and emerging technologies to enhance your professional growth.Communication: Effectively communicate ideas through sketches, drawings, and verbal presentations, both within the team and in client interactions.Project Management Support: Assist in project management tasks, including budget tracking, scheduling, and client communication, under the guidance of senior team members.Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment, contributing positively to the overall success of the architectural projects and the team.
