Job DescriptionIndustry:-Recruitment Consultancy FirmAbout: The Company:-We at Ananta Resource Management has a vision to contribute to the growth of our nation by- Strategic training to human resource to sharpen their technical and soft skills along with corporate exposure through internships and job offers Collaborative business services like recruitment process to acquire best and suitable personnel, payroll management service and Trainings to maintain cutting edge with others from time to time.Training Period -3 months (450 hours)Daily hours - 5-6 hours a day ( Fully Flexible Hours)Location- Work from HomeLearning Module:Uploading the Resumes in ATS.Screening of Resumes and Shortlisting.Understanding the requirements and working on coordinationKeeping a track of the working hours.Working on the ATS platformAttending daily presentation meetings.Attending various workshops like Linked Job Postings, Creating Flyers etc.Must have a laptop with good wi-fi connection.Sessions- HR Technical Sessions, Presentation Sessions.Perks and Benefits:- Enrollment Letter,Training Completion Certificate and Certifications of the Softwares such as ATS,Microsoft office 365,Resume Sourcing etc. based on the Technical sessions.
