Key Responsibilities:1. Assist passengers with ticketing and check-in procedures: Ensure smooth and efficient processing of passengers at the airport by assisting them with ticketing procedures, checking them in, and providing necessary information.2. Coordinate airport operations: Work closely with airport managers and supervisors to ensure all operations run smoothly, including coordinating with ground staff, security personnel, and airline staff.3. Handle cargo loading: Assist in loading and unloading cargo from aircraft, ensuring proper handling and documentation of all cargo items.4. Provide customer service: Interact with passengers to address their queries, provide information on flight schedules, and ensure a pleasant experience at the airport.5. Ensure safety and security protocols are followed: Adhere to airport safety and security guidelines, conduct security checks when required, and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with passengers and airport personnel.2. Attention to detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in ticketing, cargo handling, and security procedures.3. Customer service skills: Should have a customer-centric approach and a friendly demeanor to assist passengers efficiently.4.
