Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. Ensure the team adheres to the best coding practices, standards, and guidelines.Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and address roadblocks. Software Development:Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable web applications using .NET Core and MVC architecture.Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability by applying best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Project Management:Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to the team members to ensure timely project delivery.Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet the agreed quality standards. Code Review & Quality Assurance:Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the codebase.Ensure that the team writes clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Manage version control and ensure proper documentation for each project. Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments, including UI/UX designers, QA testers, and DevOps engineers, to ensure a smooth development process.Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise:Strong experience in ASP.NET Core and MVC architecture.Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for front-end integration.Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services is a plus.
