Recruitment & StaffingIdentify manpower requirements across hotel departments (F&B Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, etc.).Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds.Maintain a recruitment database and ensure timely hiring based on operational needs.Handle campus hiring, walk-ins, job fairs, and internal referrals.2.
