Key Responsibilities: Receives and reviews requests.Processes applications and requests in a timely and accurately fashionContinually liaise with students /agents on the phone and through email Reviews records and reports for accuracy and corrects any issuesPrepares reports and distributes them electronically Maintains confidentiality of all recordsMay perform any other functions associated with enrolment of students in organizationSupports filing of documents & other recordsPartneringCoordinates with other persons within the Team to ensure effective and efficient operations and resolve issues that may occurCommunicationResponds to inquiries from team members Corresponds both orally and in writing with internal and external parties Company ContributionAssists with related special projects, as and when requiredJob Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in business or a related field; and / or 2-plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. An experience in the field of business of foreign education would be an added advantage.
