Note : Preferred candidates from Tier-I Engineering and MBA colleges / Institutes JD :- Person has to be good in Financial Modeling ,AI and ML Techniques - 3 to 5 years of total work experience in the data / technology / product management / digital marketing domain in consultancy firms / product companies / fast-growing startups / edtech companies, etc.- Experience in data analysis, data visualization and insight generation- Advanced Excel skills- Familiarity with basic programming (preferably in Python/ R), and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of execution plans- Ability to connect with people across teams & levelsSome of your key responsibilities will be to:- Take end-to-end ownership of processes and initiatives to ensure outcomes for learners- Carry out primary and secondary research on market trends and competitor offerings- Collect and analyze primary and secondary data to identify gaps between the target and the output for various metrics, and undertake root cause analysis- Convert the gap into strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required- Work with other Learning Experience team such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers & Corporate Partnerships to drive key recommendations and action plans
