In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with delivering remote training sessions to a diverse group of participants. A key aspect of your responsibility will be your ability to flexibly conduct classes in alignment with US time zones,Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Development:- Design and update a comprehensive DevOps curriculum that caters to a global audience,- Ensure the training material is relevant and applicable to a diverse range of learners.2. Training Delivery:- Conduct engaging, interactive virtual training sessions, primarily scheduled to suit US time zones.- Use real-world examples and case studies to enhance learning experiences.3. Content Maintenance:- Regularly update training content to reflect the evolving landscape of DevOps technologies and methodologies.- Engage with the latest trends and advancements in the field to keep the curriculum at the forefront.4. Firsthand Labs and Projects:- Develop practical labs and project-based learning experiences that simulate real-world DevOps scenarios.- Guide and mentor participants through these firsthand sessions, providing expert insights and feedback.5. Assessment and Evaluation:- Create and administer assessments to evaluate participant learning and progress.- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to assist in learner development.Time Zone Consideration:- Flexibility to schedule and conduct training sessions during US business hours.Qualifications:- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching DevOps-related courses.- Proven expertise as a DevOps practitioner with firsthand experience in tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Git, etc.- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering virtual training effectively.- Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learner groups.
