we are seeking an experienced devops trainer to join our team as an independent contractor. in this pivotal role, you will be tasked with delivering remote training sessions to a diverse group of participants. a key aspect of your responsibility will be your ability to flexibly conduct classes in alignment with us time zones,

key responsibilities:

1. curriculum development:

- design and update a comprehensive devops curriculum that caters to a global audience,

- ensure the training material is relevant and applicable to a diverse range of learners.

2. training delivery:

- conduct engaging, interactive virtual training sessions, primarily scheduled to suit us time zones.

- use real-world examples and case studies to enhance learning experiences.

3. content maintenance:

- regularly update training content to reflect the evolving landscape of devops technologies and methodologies.

- engage with the latest trends and advancements in the field to keep the curriculum at the forefront.

4. firsthand labs and projects:

- develop practical labs and project-based learning experiences that simulate real-world devops scenarios.

- guide and mentor participants through these firsthand sessions, providing expert insights and feedback.

5. assessment and evaluation:

- create and administer assessments to evaluate participant learning and progress.

- provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to assist in learner development.

time zone consideration:

- flexibility to schedule and conduct training sessions during us business hours.

qualifications:

- a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching devops-related courses.

- proven expertise as a devops practitioner with firsthand experience in tools like jenkins, docker, kubernetes, ansible, git, etc.

- effective communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering virtual training effectively.

- ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learner groups.
