Responsibilities: Geographical Intimacy-Identify List of Apartments, Schools, Offices, Places of Worship Etc. and build relationships with the Decision Makers.Identify all Major Congregation Points in Your Pin-Code- Gathering of > 20 People.Carry out Lead Generation Activities in Assigned Pin Code.Activating & Engaging Community Health Officers.Generate Interest for the Different Health Benefit Plans.nSetting up scheduled Demos or Follow-ups of prospects with our Tele Sales Team.Updating task/activities/ relevant information various company platforms Carry out Right Execution Daily (RED).Ensure correct Activation at Clinic.Execute Lead Generation Targets as per OKR by Week.Sell to High Quality leads who are interested in Membership Plans.Interaction with Community Health Officers as per activity and Calendar.Daily Journal of Observations - Need Gaps and Ideas.Requirements and skills:1. Graduate Degree with Relevant Experience in Pre-Sales/Sales Role OR Freshers from UG: B.B.A/ B.B.M, B.Sc, B.Com, PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing. Keen Interest in Healthcare. 3. Passion for new Business Initiatives.n4. A knack for sales and positioning an idea.5. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience.6. Good Communication Skills.7.
