Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CCTV or electronic security industry.Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, and related products.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
Job Description: Ensures end to end smooth running of station operations for the assigned area. Ensures all the operational SOPs are followed and timely audit is conducted. Monitor and increase the productivity and profitability of assigned station. Monitors Zero Breach across region in terms of shipments closures within defined TAT. Monitors zero missing shipments in terms of Value & Numbers and also ensures zero fake updates in the software Directly responsible for reduction in cost by monitoring per shipment cost and increase in productivity by maintaining PDD (Promise Delivery Date) Responsible for operational budgets (amount allotted to run the DC), cash management and fleet management Suggests various models for new pin code expansion of new location / cities across cluster and also scouts for facilities for the new DCs Acts as a people manager and coordinates with HR for DAs salaries, other issues & grievances. Ensures DAs follow proper dress code and maintain their behavior with customers Monitors security parameters across region and ensures no unlawful activity occursDesired skills Minimum Graduate with 3 to 5 years work experience in heading a stations Last mile operations with load capacity of 500+ shipments/day. Strong time management skills and the ability to priorities to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals Good presence of mind to handle the difficult situations Good leadership skills (Experience in managing blue-collared employees is a big plus) Structured problem solving, detail oriented and customer first attitude Willingness to relocate in future as per business requirements
