Primary job responsibility is to drive sales of product POS into the city, assist and guide the sales team for on-field exercise and achieve the target for market presence. Generate ideas to increase the sales by covering most of the allotted area/region. Document the feedback of the potential clients in a pre-defined format and assure timely follow-ups based on the remarks. Create brand awareness of Imprezz and POS and increase the reach into the market. Monitor the performance of the sales team and map different regions of the city to cover the maximum number of potential clients in minimum amount of time. Establish a performance benchmark for the sales team and motivate them for maximum conversion. Regular interaction and reporting to the AVP Sales. Good leadership skills to be able to manage a team of 10 or more sales personnel. Should be approachable and well-spoken. Should possess good data management skills and should be well-versed with MS-Excel. Must have a convincing personality with good oral and written communication skills in English and other regional languages. Resident of the city of operation.
