We are looking for a dialysis technician who will be responsible for assembling and maintaining dialysis machines, monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment, and maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards when operating the machines, among other duties.Dialysis Technician Responsibilities:Assembling the dialysis machine and ensuring its proper performance.Monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment.Ensuring the usage of the dialysis machine is safe and secure.Administering local anesthesia.Talking patients through the dialysis process.Monitoring and adjusting patient fluid removal rates as required.Working in tandem with nurses and doctors.Ensuring the sterilization of operating equipment before use.Responding to emergency scenarios.Attending to patient needs.Understanding patient physical and emotional concerns.Educating patients on health maintenance and care.Developing operational training material for staff.Dialysis Technician Requirements:Accreditation from a dialysis technician program.Suitable clinical experience.Dedication to patient care.Attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced dialysis nurse to provide quality care to patients in need of dialysis treatment.You should ensure to answer patients questions regarding the procedure and ensure that the dialysis machines and equipment are in good working order.Job Responsibilities:Checking and recording patients vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment.Ensuring that hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments are administered to patients correctly.Monitoring patients during dialysis treatment to identify any adverse reactions.Preparing and updating nursing care plans.Promptly notifying the appropriate medical practitioner of any problems that occur during dialysis treatments.Working with the dialysis technicians to ensure that dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly.Education:Bachelor's or associate's degree in nursing.State license to practice nursing.Others:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.The ability to operate dialysis machines.The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.Patient and compassionate.
