We are looking for a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. It is an entry-level role suitable for freshers.Additional Information:International voice/non-voice processLocation: Mohali/Chandigarh(Work from office)Rotational shift(major evening and night)Salary: 18k-36k ctc,depends on your skillsetCabs available.5 days workingQualifications and SkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in data entryProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) softwareAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentBasic knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plusFamiliarity with social media platformsRoles and ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients and candidatesProvide information and assistance regarding recruitment processes, job opportunities, and candidate profilesResolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our databaseCollaborate with the recruitment team to identify and address client and candidate needsCoordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidatesFollow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and gather feedbackStay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and company servicesProvide support to other departments as needed
