Client is a 5-year-old start-up working in Low-cost Online Education with 1 lac plus admissions in the past 3 years only. Looking for Business Development Managers with sales skill in Education field and also a team player.Job description1. Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Clients to enhance Business relations.2. Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.3. Develop and execute sales proposals and sales presentations.4. Create and manage long-term alliances with clients.5. Connect and sell Company's educational products to clients.6. Work as a team leader (after a certain time period) and recruit teams, assign targets, and work towards achieving monthly and quaterly quotas7. Initial call and closure capability..Required Candidate profileAt least 1.5+ years of proven experience in Sales.Domain Knowledge of Recruitment, Education and Learning business preferred.Should have experience from initial call till client closure.Strong selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships.Great communication and presentation skills is a must.Qualification:Minimum 12th pass out with 55% marksCOMPENSATION: Candidates have the choice of working on commission basis or working on an incremental salary basis (depending on sales).IMPORTANT: Please include and MARK your WhatApp number in your Resume.Part-time hours: 14 per week
