We are seeking an experienced Coating Inspector to join our team in Hazira, Surat. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 20 years of relevant experience and a post-graduate education. This full-time position requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Inspect Coated Surfaces: Ensure that all coatings meet the required standards by conducting thorough visual and mechanical inspections on finished products to identify defects and ensure quality.Conduct Testing: Perform various tests on coatings, including adhesion tests and thickness measurements, to verify that they comply with industry specifications and safety standards.Document Findings: Maintain accurate records of inspection results and prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting any issues and suggesting corrective measures.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address coating-related challenges and provide solutions to enhance product quality.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in coating technologies and industry trends to ensure the company adheres to best practices.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of coating processes and materials, along with excellent analytical skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
