Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers from open market and corporate channels.Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and customer references.Conduct field activities, promotional campaigns, and business events for customer engagement.Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.Cross-sell other banking products like Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Loans to new and existing customers.Ensure KYC and documentation compliance during account opening.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for future business opportunities.

FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITY WITH 6 MONTHS OF CONTRACTKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, AWS SAM).Build and optimize scalable, high-performance applications with a focus on API-driven development.Develop responsive and user-friendly frontends using React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux).Collaborate with clients directly to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.Debug, analyze, and optimize both frontend and backend applications.Work in cross-functional teams, supporting DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.Must-Have Skills (Backend)Advanced Python (performance-focused development).Strong experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, AWS SAM.Good understanding of DynamoDB data modeling & performance tuning.Familiarity with REST API development & integration.Experience with CI/CD and containerization (Docker).Must-Have Skills (Frontend)Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux).Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.Familiarity with REST APIs & frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).Experience with UI frameworks like PrimeReact, MUI.Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility.Git/version control workflows.Familiarity with AWS Amplify for auth, API, and storage in React applications.Client Interaction & Soft SkillsExcellent verbal & written communication skills.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate client issues into actionable technical solutions.Proactive in providing updates and handling escalations professionally.Flexible to work in US client hours (9 PM 5 AM IST).
