key responsibilities:

identify and acquire new current account and savings account customers from open market and corporate channels.

generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and customer references.

conduct field activities, promotional campaigns, and business events for customer engagement.

achieve monthly and quarterly casa acquisition and revenue targets.

cross-sell other banking products like fixed deposits, insurance, and loans to new and existing customers.

ensure kyc and documentation compliance during account opening.

build and maintain long-term customer relationships for future business opportunities.
