Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Diploma, civil

MBA graduate in Sales( also preferable)

Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
