Relationship Management & Service ExcellenceCultivate enduring customer relationships by ensuring seamless service delivery, timelysupport, and high levels of client satisfaction. Operational & Compliance AdherenceEnsure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal standard operatingprocedures, particularly in documentation, verification, and process execution. Gold Evaluation & VerificationAccurately assess gold ornaments for weight, purity, and karat value using calibratedtools and standardized testing protocols. Market Intelligence & Product KnowledgeRemain continuously informed about prevailing gold loan policies, lending norms,industry best practices, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market. Bank Relationship ManagementFoster and maintain effective working relationships with partner banks, facilitatingcollaborative business development and joint customer engagement. Balance Transfer ManagementOversee the end-to-end execution of gold loan balance transfers from case initiationand fund disbursement to coordination with banking personnel and timely fundsettlements.Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a motivated and result-oriented sales professional with 13years of field experience, preferably in gold loans, financial services, NBFCs, ormicrofinance. Candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build trust-based relationships in local markets. A working knowledge of gold evaluation, KYC procedures, and loan documentationis highly desirable.
