We are looking for a skilled PPC Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Umbergaon. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a strong understanding of production processes.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Production Planning:** Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.- **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock and reduce waste.- **Process Improvement:** Analyze existing production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to align production goals with company objectives.- **Data Analysis:** Use data to track performance metrics, ensuring that production targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on production status and issues to management for decision-making.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates must have a Diploma and at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.- Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management is essential.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
