As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure the highest standards of quality in our products. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality processes throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Planning: Develop quality plans and inspection criteria to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements, establishing a clear guideline for quality expectations.
- Testing and Evaluation: Execute regular tests on products and processes, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations into product failures, performing root cause analysis to determine issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Quality Audits: Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with established standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is essential, along with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or control.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess data and identify trends that impact quality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and report findings clearly.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and tools like Six Sigma or ISO standards is crucial to ensure that quality practices align with industry benchmarks.
