Job Description: AccountantCompany: Our empanelled Client CompanyLocation: Bhubaneswar and Other Cities in OdishaPosition: AccountantResponsibilities:Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Handle accounts payable and receivable.Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.Bookkeeping and Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.Monitor cash flow and budgetary allocations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards.Payroll Management:Process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.Generate payroll reports and tax filings.Handle employee queries related to compensation.Financial Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Assist in audits and tax filings.Analyze financial data for decision-making.Education and Experience:Minimum Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree required.Relevant experience in accounting or finance preferred.Requirements:Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.Salary: Up to 25,000 INR per monthAccommodation: ProvidedHow to apply:Visit: thetruehr.com
