We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, attendance, and employee relations for our manufacturing unit. The role requires strong coordination skills, discipline, and the ability to handle workforce-related activities on the shop floor.Handle end-to-end recruitment for operators, staff, and shop-floor roles.Manage attendance, leave records, and biometric updates.Prepare monthly payroll inputs and maintain HR MIS.Assist with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance documentation.Maintain employee files, letters, and HR records.Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training activities.Handle employee queries, discipline, and grievance management.Support safety, welfare, and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.Ensure smooth HR operations and adherence to factory policies.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct keyword research and implement ASO strategies for Play Store & App Store.Optimize app titles, descriptions, icons, screenshots, and videos to improve CTR.Analyze performance metrics and track ranking improvements.Run A/B tests to boost app visibility and installs.Stay updated with the latest ASO and app marketing trends.Skills Required:Strong knowledge of App Store & Play Store algorithms.Experience with ASO tools like Sensor Tower, App Annie, MobileAction, etc.Understanding of mobile marketing & analytics.
