Job Title: QS and tendering engineerLocation: BengaluruYears of experience: 3-7 years Key Responsibilities: Conduct cost estimation, cost control, and cost forecasting for construction projects. Prepare tender documentation including pre-qualification documents, tender invitations, and tender evaluation reports. Conduct cost analysis for value engineering initiatives and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Tendering Engineer in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and tendering processes. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with construction contracts, legal terms, and risk management practices
