Wiring diagram for all types of panel.Distribution Schematic of project.Make Pant Cable tray drawing and Cable Tray BOM.Plant lighting drawing.MCC and PCC Room design and detailing.Cable schedule for plant and calculate the total cable length with voltage drop calculation. Prepare Tooling List project wise.Transformer & D.G. selection & techno commercial offer.Electrical work planning of project on layout with D & D /Project team.Planning of HT & LT routing and substation.LT cable routing from MCC panel room to all motors in plant and other utilities with D & D / Project team.Making Purchase request in SAP for purchase material and taking follow-up for material.To co-ordinate with Site Engineer for Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning.Technical comparison of VFD & soft starter.Technical comparison of motors IE2, IE3 & IE4 ABB/ Siemens.Electrical store management.Comply with company procedures and legal obligation.Overall Project costing & Estimation.Any another thing assigned by management from time to time.
