ResponsibilitiesGreet and direct customersProvide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)Answer customers questions about specific products/servicesConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingCross-sell productsEnsure racks are fully stockedManage returns of merchandiseCoordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)Inform customers about discounts and special offersProvide customer feedback to the Store ManagerStay up-to-date with new products/servicesRequirementsProven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar roleUnderstanding of the retail sales processFamiliarity with consumer behavior principlesKnowledge of inventory stocking proceduresBasic math skillsTrack record of achieving sales quotasExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to work various shiftsHigh school degreeBBA/BA in Marketing or related field is a plus
