Compensation and BenefitsDesign and manage competitive compensation structures.Handle payroll, bonuses, and benefits administration.Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.6. Policy Development and ComplianceDevelop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.Ensure legal compliance (e.g., labor laws, health & safety).Conduct audits and manage risk related to employment practices.7.
