Lead product engineering from concept to mass production, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Evaluate and implement cost reduction opportunities in product design and manufacturing processes.Address product quality issues and implement design improvements with Quality and Operations teams.High proficiency in SolidWorks, including surfacing, top-down modeling, simulation, assemblies, and 2D drafting.Strong understanding of high-volume manufacturing methods such as injection molding and sheet metal forming.Experience with DFM, optimizing mold designs, and utilizing mold flow analysis, along with knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack analysis.

Job Role:(Role will include travel to various locations/sites)Job Role: Shall be responsible for operational efficiency of medical centres at client locations as per company SOPs. To also ensure that SOPs are prepared & executed wherever applicable Regularly interact with client counterparts to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve conflicts/provide guidance to staff deployed at the centresManage, enhance and improve vendor/partner relationships in the best interest of the company Support infirmary staff on day to day operational matters and fire-fighting of problems and/or sudden/unscheduled demands of the client Personally monitor the teams deployed at client sites, and ensure that authorised staff is available Will play key role in maintaining the quality of services provided by the company and ensuring the brand image and relationship of the company and the client
