**Job Title:** Telecaller **Department:** Sales/Customer Service **Location:** Rohini **Job Type:** Full-time/Part-time ### **Job Overview:**We are looking for a friendly and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients or customers, providing information about products or services, and handling inquiries to drive sales or ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of customers are essential.### **Key Responsibilities:**- Contact potential customers via phone calls to promote products/services.- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.- Provide information to customers about product offerings, promotions, and discounts.- Follow up on leads and set appointments for senior sales staff or customer service teams.- Record and report call details and customer interactions in CRM systems.- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.- Stay updated with product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.### **Requirements:**- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.- High school diploma or equivalent (higher qualifications can be an advantage).### **Desirable Skills:**- Sales experience.- Fluency in Hindi- Good listening and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:1. Cold calling potential customers and promoting products or services.2. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.3. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.4. Maintaining a database of customer information and interactions.5. Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers or clients to introduce products or services, and generate interest.Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering information and assessing interest in products or services.Sales Pitch: Present and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to potential customers.Customer Feedback: Collect and document feedback from customers to help improve products and services.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or appointments for sales representatives or other departments as needed.Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and promote further engagement.Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
