Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat from customers regarding product or service inquiries.Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of interactions and update internal CRM systems.Coordinate with other departments (sales, technical, operations) to resolve issues.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.Meet performance targets like response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
