The key responsibilities include thorough underwriting of credit proposals with the required due diligence; coordination with the sales team for resolution of risk concerns, maintaining Turn Around Time (TAT); interfacing with the Business team & Credit Committee for faster decisions; Assist Regional Credit Manager and Risk Head for business function, new product development. To undertake analysis of the credit proposal based on predetermined criteria and analysis of market information, current macroeconomic scenario, current portfolio concentration, etc2) Principal AccountabilitiesUnderwrite Credit Proposal - Selection - Based on internally defined criterion, analysis of market information, current macroeconomic scenario & portfolio concentration, etc Assessment - Management Risk, Industry Risk, Business Risk and Financial Risk Structuring to meet norms and generate internal comfort on lending mechanisms. Structure risk mitigants to ensure that the credit recommended is within the articulated credit risk appetite of the company; Compliance Regulatory, Credit Policy and product program Reference Checks - Banks / Other lenders / Trade / Competitors / suppliers / customers Visit meeting with promoter and visit of business premises Presentation - Capture the strength and weakness with identified risks and proposed mitigantsManage High Value Structured Deal - Meeting with promoter of borrower Understand the purpose of fund requirement Structuring the deal to fit within regulatory
