Responsible for sourcing candidates from different job portals and social media other job posting websites Sourcing, Searching, Identifying consultants using job boards like US job portals like Monster, Career Builder and LinkedIn and Internal Database. Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled. Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets placed.Must have skills:-Excellent communication and convincing skills.-Strong end to end recruitment knowledge required.
