We are looking for a Solar Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon, India. This full-time position is well-suited for candidates who have 1 to 2 years of experience and hold a diploma. The role involves designing and implementing solar energy solutions.Key responsibilities include:1. **System Design**: You will create designs for solar energy systems, ensuring they meet client needs and comply with industry standards.2. **Installation Support**: Work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are executed correctly and efficiently, providing technical guidance as needed.3. **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.4. **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation or operation of solar systems.5. **Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients to explain project processes, progress, and outcomes, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Candidates should possess a strong understanding of solar technology and engineering principles.
