About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. The intern will play a key role in generating leads, connecting with students/parents, and supporting the counselling and admissions process for programs like Engineering, Medical, Management, and other courses.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through online platforms, databases, and referralsMake outbound calls to prospective students and parentsExplain services related to UG/PG admissions (Engineering, Medical, etc.)Qualify leads and schedule counselling sessions with senior counsellorsMaintain regular follow-ups with interested candidatesUpdate and manage lead data in CRM or internal systemsAssist in planning and executing marketing and outreach campaignsConduct market research on competitors and admission trendsSupport the sales team in achieving monthly targetsPrepare daily reports on calls, leads, and conversionsRequired Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of sales and business developmentConfidence in speaking over callsAbility to handle objections and convince prospectsGood organizational and time management skillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel / Google SheetsEligibility Criteria:Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream)Interest in sales, marketing, or education counsellingPrior internship experience (preferred but not mandatory)What You Will Learn:Real-time sales and business development strategiesClient handling and negotiation skillsEducation industry insights (Engineering, Medical counselling, etc.)CRM tools and lead management systemsPerks:Certificate of InternshipPre-placement offer (based on performance)Hands-on industry exposure
