Assembly Line Operator / Technician (Hands-on)This role focuses on manual or semi-automated assembly of components, using tools to create finished products. Key Responsibilities:Assemble Components: Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to assemble parts accurately.Quality Control: Perform spot checks, visual inspections, and functional tests to ensure products meet standards.Equipment Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery to fasten, align, or adjust parts.Preventive Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on tools and assembly equipment, reporting malfunctions immediately.Documentation: Maintain production logs, tracking part counts and test results.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper PPE usage
