Assembly Line Operator / Technician (Hands-on)
This role focuses on manual or semi-automated assembly of components, using tools to create finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble Components: Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to assemble parts accurately.
Quality Control: Perform spot checks, visual inspections, and functional tests to ensure products meet standards.
Equipment Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery to fasten, align, or adjust parts.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on tools and assembly equipment, reporting malfunctions immediately.
Documentation: Maintain production logs, tracking part counts and test results.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper PPE usage
