Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Oversee the implementation of engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and objectives.Site Supervision and Coordination:Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Technical Oversight:Interpret and review technical drawings, blueprints, and design documents.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and adherence to engineering specifications.Resource Management:Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Ensure all resources are available and deployed effectively to meet project milestones.Quality Assurance and Control:Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet required standards.Conduct regular testing and inspection to identify and rectify defects or discrepancies.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site.Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions for site personnel.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, resource utilization, and incident logs.Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project progress and challenges.Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.Proactively address delays and risks to keep the project on track.Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project objectives.Represent the organization in meetings and provide technical guidance when required.
