We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to offer personalized services to our clients.You will help them select the right products according to their skin and hair condition.You will act as a salesperson and represent our company and all its products to the customers.You should provide useful beauty suggestions to the customer.Your ultimate goal will be to meet sales targets while providing customized beauty services to the clients and manage sales goals.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying different skin types and suggest products as per their requirements.Informing clients about different products and its usage.Suggesting various kinds of skin care regimes.Giving product demonstrations and helping customers find products that meet their needs.Helping customers find solutions for all their skin and hair problems.Maintaining client relations through follow-up calls and messages.Informing the clients regarding product prices and if there are any special offers available.Suggesting and selling products to customers.Monitoring the stock level and ordering more products when required.Managing the transactions by noting them in the Daily sale format and meeting the targets.Requirements+2 in any discipline. A high school diploma will also be preferred.Proven 2 years of experience in Beauty Industry working as a Beauty Advisor or a similar role.Exceptional customer service skills.Must possess a presentable personality.Excellent knowledge of different skin and hair types.Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products.Clear and Good communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Excellent eye on detail.Good time management skills.Ability to meet the deadline.Clear Skin with no skin concerns.
