Job Description:As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our holiday packages to potential customers through outbound calls.Responsibilities: Contact potential customers to promote and sell our holiday package. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer any customer questions.Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work within a flexible shift window (8:00 am to 8:00 pm, any 9-hour shift, no night shifts). Undergraduate or graduate degree. Strong customer service skills and ability to build customer relationships.
