1. Fresher Bachelors Degree or Post Graduate having majors in Human Resources
2. Candidate must have proficiency in English.
3. Relevant experience in hiring and payroll processing will be given preference.
Job Description:
The job would include the following responsibilities:

2. Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
3. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
4. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
5. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
6. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
7. Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records
8. Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
9. Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
10. Maintains correct record on the HRMS system and manage timely processing of payroll.
