This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their learning experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses excellent communication skills, and is driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.Roles and Responsibilities:- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) daily using the leads/database on LeadSquared CRM.- Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the students area of interest.- Provide detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling and create a strong pipeline.- Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.Skills and Knowledge Required:- Must be a graduate with sales experience (excluding retail sales or presales).- Freshers with a Tech degree such as BSc IT, BCA, B Tech, or BE (excluding Civil Engineering).- Experienced candidates should have any degree but must have experience in selling tech courses.- Experience in EdTech (excluding field sales).How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about helping professionals upskill, we would love to hear from you!
