Ensure statutory and other compliances. Due diligence of debt proposals from entity, technical and financial perspective, financial modeling sensitivity analysis. Optimum project cost and Implementation schedule. Risk analysis & mitigation, Coordination with Risk team for obtaining risk report for proposals. Act as nodal point of the Co. with the borrower and Co-lenders till fist disbursement including monitor the project progress, attend consortium meetings. Coordination with Legal for finalization and execution of loan agreement.SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector/other infra sector. Understanding of critical financial issues in appraisal/due diligence/structuring of a product. Knowledge of finance viz, analysis of balance sheets, P&L accounts, cash flows, financial ratios, working capital, discounting techniques - IRR, NPVs, financial modeling.Knowledge in regulatory aspects and working experience in other sustainable infra sector like sewage/ water treatment, electric mobility etc. would be added advantage.
