Designation-Business Development ManagerCTC-3.25 LPAKey Responsibilities:Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to drive business growth.Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for generating leads and converting them into new business opportunities.Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Negotiate Contracts and Deals: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners to close deals that align with company goals and objectives.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with company objectives.Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development metrics to senior leadership.Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and meetings to promote our services and build industry relationships.Support Product Development: Provide feedback from clients and prospects to influence product and service offerings based on market needs.

The objective of BTL marketing is to generate leads through on-ground activities. Aproactive candidate who can approach and interact with potential customers confidently.The candidate should be able to generate leads for the brand in offline (on-ground)activities conducted in buildings/apartments, malls, supermarkets, department stores,railway stations, airports, metros, etc.
