key responsibilities:
identify and develop new business opportunities: research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to drive business growth.
lead sales strategy: develop and execute strategies for generating leads and converting them into new business opportunities.
build and maintain client relationships: cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
negotiate contracts and deals: lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners to close deals that align with company goals and objectives.
market research & competitive analysis: monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities.
collaboration: work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with company objectives.
sales forecasting & reporting: provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development metrics to senior leadership.
attend industry events: represent the company at conferences, networking events, and meetings to promote our services and build industry relationships.
support product development: provide feedback from clients and prospects to influence product and service offerings based on market needs.
