The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations while achieving production targets, quality standards, productivity, cost, delivery and safety objectives.The role requires strong technical knowledge of forging, conventional machines, CNC turning, grinding and machine shop operations, along with proven leadership and manpower management skills.The Production Manager will drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, OEE improvement, breakdown and rejection reduction, Kaizen, 5S, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and implement IATF 16949 requirements.
