Job Title: Team Manager (TM)Company: Reputed HR & Recruitment Services CompanyLocation: KolkataRole Type: Full-Time Hybrid Occasional Field Visits as per Business RequirementsRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Manager to lead a manpower acquisition/recruitment team. The role involves team leadership, recruitment and manpower acquisition, lead generation, performance monitoring, coaching, follow-ups and achieving defined business targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the manpower acquisition/recruitment team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.Plan and execute strategies for sourcing and onboarding potential resources.Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions and overall team performance.Guide team members in prospecting, outbound calling, objection handling and conversion.Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations and target-tracking meetings.Coach and motivate Recruitment Executives to improve productivity and performance.Develop lead-generation channels through references, databases, digital platforms and networking.Monitor recruitment funnel performance and identify gaps to improve conversion.Coordinate documentation, training, examination and licensing processes, where applicable.Coordinate with management to achieve business targets and support continuous growth.Suggest relevant target segments to the backend team for effective data sourcing.Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant man-management/team-handling experience.Experience handling Recruitment/Recruiter Teams, Tele Marketing Teams or similar target-oriented teams preferred.Candidates currently working in a junior profile may also be considered if they demonstrate a strong target-oriented approach and potential to take up the next level of responsibility.Freshers will not be considered.Strong skills in team leadership, people management, sales/business development, manpower acquisition, lead generation and performance management.Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Bengali, English and Hindi proficiency preferred.Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, Google Calendar and email drafting.Relevant previous employment and salary documentation may be required.Benefits:Maximum increment: Up to 20% over previous salary, subject to the applicable salary budget and documentary proof.Incentive + Yearly Bonus.Company-free accommodation may be available for eligible female candidates coming from outside Kolkata, subject to company policy and availability.Eligible graduates may be considered under the Government NATS scheme, subject to applicable eligibility and company process.After successful completion of the 1-year probation period, PF and ESIC benefits will be provided subject to applicable statutory provisions and company policy.Working Details:Working Days: Monday to SaturdayMonday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PMOccasional field visits may be required depending on business requirements.Who Should Apply:Candidates with relevant experience in recruitment team management, manpower acquisition, telecalling/telemarketing team handling, telesales or similar target-oriented team leadership roles are encouraged to apply.Kolkata and nearby candidates preferred.
